Effective Mentoring
Why do the trades have apprenticeships and medical professions require internships? What is a mentor, really? A mentor is “a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.” Here is a practical guide to developing powerful, life-changing relationships with people around you. Originally written as a guide for mentoring women, yet the various authors explore principles which apply to all mentoring relationships.
