Connecting the Generations
How do you bridge the gap between younger and older members of your congregation? An intergenerational approach to ministry is a way to connect the generations. An intergenerational ministry brings diverse ages together in the same place, with the same materials, for the same purpose. The goal is to build cross generational relationships that strengthen faith formation in the community and at home. In this podcast Jack De Vries shares with the leaders of Gosnells CRC in Western Australia how to develop an intergenerational ministry.
