Identifying, Recruiting & Training Apprentices
Healthy growing ministries require people to identify, recruit, and train apprentices. Every person in ministry should have an understudy, someone in whom they will invest time and training. It might be a small group leader, an elder, a pastor, a music leader, or any other ministry leader.
