Are You Making Disciples?
Evaluation promotes ministry change. To get better at what we do as well as grow spiritually, we must always be improving the way we do things. An aspect of measuring the church's core disciple-making ministries is annually to ask its disciples both one-on-one (qualitative evaluation) and as a congregation (quantitative evaluation) to evaluate them and how they impact on people. Are they working or not?
