Rather our current efforts at leadership development need to change and improve.  This Advance Paper of the Capetown 2010 concludes that having Christ-like leaders is not a luxury but a necessity. Providing opportunities for leaders to grow is absolutely critical to a healthy, vibrant, transformational and multiplying Church.  The very future of the Church is at stake.
